A BILL to repeal §8-6-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to annexation by minor boundary adjustment.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article allowing annexation by minor boundary
adjustment.
Section five, article six, chapter eight of the Code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
NOTE:
The purpose of this bill is to
repeal §8-6-5 of the
West
Virginia
Code, which authorized annexation by minor boundary
adjustment.
